Acceptance
By creating a Brezzo account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account — the service is not for you.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for the content you upload. Do not share your login. If you suspect a credentials leak, reset your password immediately.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Brezzo, and you may not use the service to process content you do not have the rights to.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions renew on the cadence you select at checkout and are billed through Stripe Connect on behalf of Brezzo. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time — cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period.
Usage guardrails (monthly caps per category) are a fair-use posture, not a guarantee of unlimited processing; heavy use that exceeds a plan cap will trigger a "processing paused" banner.
Liability
Brezzo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product and may require a fresh consent acceptance before you can continue using the service.
